Shipping Policy
When you purchase artwork from www.artmistry.net, goods will be delivered through the following methods:
Ø Standard shipping, with a longer delivery timeframe but lower costs.
Your order will be processed within 48-72 hours. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. You are responsible for all shipping charges and will be collected during checkout.
Currently, we are shipping only within the continental United States (U.S.)
Please email us prior to purchasing if you wish to purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside of the U.S. Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying such duties and taxes. It is advisable for you to contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person because of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return Policy
Returns on damaged artwork and refunds.
Please reach out to us artmistryj@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos and a description of the damage. Once we have confirmed, you will be informed of the next course of action and resolution and get back to you within 48 hours.
If the box is damaged, please take photos of the box before you open the package, we will need to see the package damage so that we can reach out to the shipping company.
Please include the following information in your email:
your name
email address used to place the order
contact information
the title of the piece
the date of purchase
the purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt)
please include a photo(s) of the damage/proof, tracking information to support your claim.
We will not be able to provide any information to unverified accounts. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser, due to factors outside of our control.
Please return it in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed when the return has been received along with the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email artmistryj@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
